On Monday, 15th December, our Year 10 Drama Club visited St Vincent’s Rest Home to perform their own original version of the Nativity for the retired nuns who live there. The piece was written and directed entirely by the students, showcasing their creativity, teamwork and confidence.
The performance was warmly received, with the nuns thoroughly enjoying the fresh and thoughtful interpretation of the Christmas story. After the performance, the students stayed to chat with the nuns, sharing conversations about Christmas traditions and plans, which made the visit even more special.
The students were a genuine pleasure to watch both on and off the stage and were an absolute credit to the school, spreading kindness, joy and festive spirit to all who were there.
