It is well known that residential courses organised by schools are becoming increasingly invaluable as part of the National Curriculum and will help students with their new beginning. The transition programme will focus on giving students the necessary skills for adapting to a different environment and making new and lasting friendships. From developing teamwork skills on the buggy building session to building self-belief by climbing high on the ropes course, all the confidence building activities are tailored to the age range and objectives of the class.
