Salary: NJC Grade G – SCP 20-25 £25,991 – £29,577 (Pay award pending)
Permanent Position – 36 hours per week 52 weeks per annum

We are looking to appoint an assertive and enthusiastic person who is reliable, trustworthy and hardworking to provide strategic direction to our site team. The successful candidate will be highly self-motivated and skilled, with proven technical ability and relevant experience. A shared commitment to providing an outstanding learning environment to support the well-being of students and staff is essential.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Estates Manager in the delivery of a comprehensive site management and lettings service of our school, within a delegated budget, deploying site team colleagues and resources effectively and efficiently to meet the needs of our school. They will develop strong and effective working relationships with contractors and specialists, taking a proactive approach to project work so that our school remains a great place for our young people to learn. They will work with the Estates Manager to ensure the school is compliant with statutory regulations to maintain safe places for our students, colleagues and visitors.
